1. How can I place an order?

You can place an order directly on our website by selecting the product, adding it to the cart, and completing the checkout process. Orders are confirmed via call or email.


2. What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD). Other payment methods may be added in the future.


3. How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery takes 2–3 working days. Processing is done the same day after order confirmation.


4. Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.


5. What is your return policy?

Returns can be made within 7 days of receiving the product, only if the product is unused and in its original packaging. Please check our Return & Refund Policy for details.
