1. When will I receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1–2 working days and delivered across the UK within 5–7 working days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping all over the United Kingdom with no minimum order value.
3. Can I return or exchange an item?
Absolutely. We have a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us at info@trendypanda.co.uk to start your return.
4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Shopify Payments, including all major credit and debit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. You can also pay using Shop Pay for faster checkout.
5. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. You can use it to follow your parcel’s journey until it reaches your doorstep.
6. What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please email us immediately at info@trendypanda.co.uk with photos of the item. We’ll replace it or issue a full refund.
7. Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been shipped, we can modify or cancel it upon request. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
8. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom. International shipping is not available at this time.
